Pizza
Description
Pizza made with flatbread with your favorite toppings!
Pizza is such a yummy meal and this recipe makes it so easy to make great pizza at home.
Flatbread can be found at most grocery stores. It's a slightly doughy bread, but it's thin enought to work well to make pizza.
Add your favorite toppings to make a custom pizza for everyone in your familiy (like we always do!). You can skip the cheese to make this a Dairy-Free recipe.
Tips
The flatbread can be frozen and then you can pull as many flatbread slices out when it's pizza night. I like to bake the flatbread slices (turned upside down) first for about 8 minutes at 415 degrees to get the bottoms nice and crunchy.
Thinly sliced bell peppers add a really nice sweetnes to a pizza.
