Chocolate Milk Shake
Description
This chocolate milk shake is inspired by the Frosty from Wendy's, but a much healthier version!
This milkshake is perfect on a hot day! My favorite part of the shake is the small chocolate pieces that remain from the chocolate chips, even after blending.
This recipe is inspired by the Chocolate Frosty video on YouTube by Brett Cap.
Tips
This recipe makes a thick milkshake that needs to be eaten with a spoon until it melts a bit!
List of Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 8 Ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Spoonful of Peanut Butter
- 2 Spoonfuls of Chai Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Fresh Banana
- 1 Spoonful of Wheat Bran
- 1/4 Cup of Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Chips (recommendation: Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips)
Recipe Steps
- Start by adding the ice to a blender and then add all the remaining ingredients
- Blend on a medium speed until the mixture is smooth and everything is incorporated together
- Pour the mixture into a cup and enjoy with a spoon and straw!
